The Mechanical Integrity Manager is responsible for implementing the Facility Mechanical Integrity Program in Houston, Texas. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for implementing the Facility Mechanical Integrity Program Houston, Texas (PSM facilities to 29 CFR 1910.119(j) and USCG facilities to 33 CFR 127).
- Maintain the Mechanical Integrity Inspection databases.
- Generate yearly site-specific Mechanical Integrity budgetary estimates and projected work scopes.
- Manage Mechanical Integrity inspection contractors, to include QA/QC of inspection documentation.
- Provide technical support to Operations and Maintenance for testing and repair of fixed equipment and piping.
- Provide technical support for piping and fixed equipment failure analysis.
- Incorporate new fixed assets into the Mechanical Integrity Program.
- Review and approve repair procedures for piping and fixed equipment.
- Stay current with regulations, industry standards, inspection and repair methods, and applicable technologies.
- Provide technical input on corporate due diligence efforts.
- Provide technical support to Operations for Federal and State regulatory audits.
