Informatica Customer 360 Insights is a leading Customer Intelligence Management product that provides global enterprises actionable insights to drive long-term customer loyalty. Our team uses advanced technologies such as Spark, MapReduce, Elasticsearch, Cloudera and Hortonworks Hadoop distributions, Machine Learning and natural language processing techniques.

Our Ideal Candidate

You will be responsible for setting up and managing AWS and Azure infrastructure, Cloudera and Hortonworks Hadoop clusters, Elasticsearch, Analytical tools, Linux servers and the Informatica Customer 360 Insights product for our clients and internal teams. In this role you will be working with engineering, infrastructure, customer support, customer success, technical sales, partner and client teams. Our product is built using Cloudera and Hortonworks Hadoop distributions as well as other leading technologies and concepts such as Elasticsearch, Graph, Machine Learning and natural language processing.

Key Responsibilities

Install, upgrade and maintain all Hadoop, Elastic Search and Graph DB components
Deploy Customer 360 Insights solution components across multiple Hadoop environments
Run, monitor and report on all production and staging jobs
Assist in putting together and maintaining the operations manual
Work with the client teams to receive and deliver data
Work closely with the IT team to maintain the environment security
Work with the Development team to debug and diagnose production issues
Automate Infrastructure and Solution deployment tasks using Ansible or other tools

Requirements & Qualifications

5+ years of working experience in managing infrastructure for enterprise products.
3+ years hands on experience in setting up and managing Hadoop Infrastructure
Experience in infrastructure and deployment automation
Experience working with cloud infrastructure solutions such as AWS and Azure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
