Non-CDL Driver - Street Sweeping

Job Title:Non - CDL Driver

Position Highlights:

• Hours:Monday through Friday, 4AM to 7PM depending on the day.
• Location:145 W. Duarte Road, Monrovia, CA 91016
• Rate of Pay:$20 – $22 per hour

** Our location is on-call, so the work schedule is not steady. Must be open to working from start times beginning at 4AM and working no later than 7PM. **

Job Responsibilities: 

• You will operate Sweeper equipment and be required to inspect them daily to ensure safe operation.
• You must be comfortable with completing work in oncoming traffic. You will have protection by TMA vehicles.
• Duties to include driving a pickup truck, physically picking up debris, and placing in caged bed of truck. Clean various highway locations in and surrounding metroplex assigned daily.
• Required to make numerous stops and exiting truck to remove debris/trash from highway shoulders and adjacent edges of highway shoulders.

Job Requirements: 

• Valid Driver’s License
• Good Driving Record
• Ability to pass employment and random drug tests
• Ability to follow directions and read maps
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. occasionally 
• Proper work attire (pants, shirt with short sleeve at a minimum) and work boots
