EHS Manager

Bachelor's degree in EHS field, chemistry, engineering, or related science, with minimum of 7 years of relevant experience or advanced degree in EHS field, chemistry, engineering, or related science with 8 years of experience or more; minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience preferred

Must have proven leadership and organization ability, possess good problem-solving skills, and be an effective written and oral communicator.

 Solid understanding of OSHA “General Industry” and EPA regulations strongly desired.

Knowledge in areas of industrial ergonomics, workers compensation, and disability management, and industrial hygiene is desired.

Previous experience in developing and implementing plant Health and Safety programs is desired. Knowledge of PSM a plus.

Will have formal/informal responsibilities for all employees at the locations ranging from 50 -250 employees.

Coverage of multiple locations requires commute to different sites during the week. Occasional travel to multiple sites in a day is expected but not frequent.
