TA Operations Program Manager

 

The TA Operations Program Manager will play a critical role in bringing a creative approach to all Operational and Program efficiencies in TA. They will constantly iterate on current systems and programs to streamline process and perpetuate program and operational efficiency. This role will drive constant change, and is someone who can be strategic and inventive, as well as excellent at tactical implementation.

 

This role will be responsible for the following:

 

  • Strategically design and execute TA programs and operations to scale both locally and globally
  • Track, analyze and communicate key success metrics and business trends
  • Responsible for working closely with TA leadership to drive adoption of new systems and process changes
  • Develop influential relationships with Legal, HR/HRC, Compensation, Global Mobility to solve for process/policy challenges
  • Partner with internal teams on projects as a TA Subject Matter Expert
  • Create innovative solutions to any system problems that prevent future issues
  • Maintain a knowledge of market developments as it obtains to technology, best practice processes & polices and legislation

 

The TA Program Manager will focus on the following Initiatives/Programs:

 

  • Lead the adoption and improvement of the employee referral program (ERP)
  • Review and adjudicate background checks (Hireright) as well as take responsibility for SOX/Audit reports
  • Partner with the TA Branding team and work to enhance internal sites and content
  • Manage and adjudicate the reference check system (Checkster).
  • Own the development and enhancement of the internal interview system (called Sidekick)
  • Work in partnership with other members of TA Operations to create and update all system and process training documentation
  • Additional responsibilities shared with our TA Operations Specialists:
    • New User training for TA systems and processes
    • ATS Mailbox and TA Ops Mailbox management and responses
    • Supporting confidential offers for TA/HR/Executive

 

To be successful in this role you will ideally have:

 

  • Manage multiple programs and conflicting deliverables
  • Project Management Certification
  • Full life cycle recruiting experience
  • A deep understanding of recruiting processes and best practices
  • Experience with multiple Applicant Tracking (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Gr8 People experience would be highly beneficial
  • Systems/Process analysis skills
  • Root Cause Analysis and Risk Analysis
