Under direct supervision, the General Laborer is responsible for installing, removing and washing of composite mats, installing/removing environmental containment for construction, and any other service required for the gas and oil, T&D and pipeline industries. They may require the use of hand and power tools to ensure proper installation of containment and mats on customer sites. Maintain all tools utilized in the proper manner, informing management of any issues. Must adhere to all related OSHA, EPA, DEQ, and DOT safety rules and regulations in concurrence with NMIS’ Policies and Procedures. Position requires outside work – working in all weather conditions. General Laborers are also responsible for the safe use of equipment on site including the cleanliness of worksite and fleet vehicles. May perform special projects as assigned.

• Basic communication skills with customer

• Operate equipment (skidsteer, loader, telehandlers)
• Load/Unload/Install Product
Non-Essential Functions:
1. Safeland training preferred
2. Experience working in the field
3. Ability to work multiple shifts (day, night, weekends)
4. Must be able to work OT and some holidays
5. Ability to be on call
