- B.S. in Mechanical, Industrial or Civil Engineering
- experience of manufacturing processes, engineering procedures and administration; emphasis on railcar design preferred
- Good communication skills- both written and verbal
- Microsoft Office skills necessary
- Ability to travel up to 80% but generally home on weekends
- Outstanding communication skills- both written and verbal
- Ability to execute all phases of product design, prototype development, product analysis and manufacturing processes and applicable regulatory standards and practices
