Required Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of supervisory experience in a high-volume production environment. Preferably with experience in a supervisory role in the aerospace (commercial or defense) industry
- Fabrication assembly experience in a manufacturing environment; knowledge with composite materials is preferred
- Experience implementing Lean Six Sigma, 5S best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective and proper communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proven Technical aptitude.
