GROCERY STORE RESET: Merchandising experience with knowledge of planograms is required.
Join the ACM reset pros at a local Grocery Store. The merchandising reset is a core strength at ACM. The team is changing a section of the store layout to: introduce new products, make seasonal product changes and highlight special offers. The goal is to help the retailer enhance overall customer experience and maximize sales.
Job responsibilities will vary by location and may include: Breaking down existing sales displays & fixtures, possibly moving to a different area of the store, or assembling new replacement, relocating merchandise, stocking & tagging product, and preparing the area for customer traffic.
Project Confirmation Requirements
✓ Read the full project details AND acknowledge project confirmation within 24 hours of receipt otherwise you may be removed from the project.
✓ Agree to arrive on time for each project shift, adhere to required lunch and break schedules, and depart the Client’s location each day at the Client’s designated time.
An unpaid 30-minute lunch break is required by all Clients for all shifts over 6 hours. Specific lunch/break times and end of shift times are designated directly by the Client and are subject to change at any time. You will not receive payment based on the hours specified in the project details above. Payment will be for actual time worked as designated per your Client approved timesheet invoice.
✓ Agree to comply with ACM & Client Dress Code and Code of Conduct guidelines in attached documents.
✓ You retain the right to refuse this opportunity by ACM, however, once the opportunity is accepted, you agree to complete the project in its entirety, working all days and times as designated by the Client. This Agreement is subject to immediate termination if you fail to complete the confirmed project in its entirety.
Time Tracking Requirements
✓ You MUST check in & out via the NextCrew mobile app to record daily start and end times of a project shift for billing and payment purposes.
Project Execution Policy
Contact ACM Crew Scheduling immediately by phone at (772) 208-9360 for any of the following:
✓ Running late for a project shift. You will only receive payment for the time actually spent executing the project. Failure to notify ACM Crew Scheduling of late arrival for a project shift may be subject to a $10 deduction upon payment.
✓ Arrival at a project location and you cannot execute the project for whatever reason. ACM Crew Scheduling must be notified in order for you to be released of liability for the failed project completion.
✓ Unable to check in or out via the NextCrew mobile app for any reason. You must check in & out for a timesheet invoice to be created and payment to be received. Failure to check in may also result in a No Call No Show and immediate removal from the project.
Project Cancellation Policy
✓ Provide ACM a minimum 12-hour notice if you are not able to execute the confirmed project due to an emergency situation. Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to the project start time will result in $25 deduction per project day missed and payment due will only be for the actual days and time you spent executing the project.
✓ All cancellation notifications must be in writing by a direct message in ACM360 or email to schedule@acmerchandising.net AND verbally by phone to (772) 208-9360. You MUST speak to a Project Manager to be released of liability for project completion. Voicemail messages are NOT accepted for project cancellations.
✓ If you fail to provide written and verbal notification AND do not report for a project shift, this Agreement will immediately be null and void, and you will be removed from the contract hire list permanently.
