Recruiting Coordinator
MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma with at least 2 years prior experience in a Corporate Recruiting environment.
- Prior experience onboarding new hires, including participation in new hire orientations.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Must be able to work independently, with little direction.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multi task.
- Strong MS Office experience especially in Excel, Power Point and Visio.
- At least 1-3 years ‘experience applying HR fundamental concepts, practices and procedures.
- Excellent ability to solve problems and meet deadlines by juggling multiple, competing and changing priorities.
- Experience working with HR software preferably Taleo and UKG.
- High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of personnel, as well as external suppliers.
- Prioritize timely follow-up and follow-through, thoroughness in work product and attention to detail.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
