Requirements

• 5+ years' experience as IT/DevOps Engineer or maintaining Windows and Linux virtualized environments.
• 4+ years management experience (Team/Group leader)
• 2+ years experience with cloud-based deployments such as AWS, Google Cloud or Azure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Scripting experience – JavaScript, PowerShell, Python is preferred.
• Prior knowledge in automating development processes - a plus.
• Ability to work and coordinate between multiple engineering teams
• Ability to multitask on multiple responsibilities, prioritize and delegate.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead responsible for the management and oversight of cloud services delivery for multiple products.
• Responsible for the direct management of DevOps engineers.
• Interact with engineers and development teams to design, plan, and execute product migrations from data center infrastructures to cloud environments.
• Anticipate roadblocks, provide escalation to management, make timely, thoughtful decisions, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
• Responsible to support oncall personnel.
• Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities
• Identify, develop, and grow talent in the Cloud Services team.
• Provides technical, administrative, and operational management of assigned projects, including contract and subcontractor management.
• Develops technical project plans, proposals, reports, and task order and administrative reporting.
• Attends customer meetings and serves as primary client liaison.
• Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables.
• Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.
• Participates in special projects as required.

Plus points

• Knowledge of performing compliance and security audits.
• Experience working in a SOC II or PCI environments
• Knowledge in Informatica products
• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
