The Basics:
The Americas Regional Marketing team is seeking an experienced Regional Partner Marketing Manager to lead and execute regional marketing initiatives with regional reseller partners, Managed Services Partners (MSP) and lead local execution for National Partner campaigns when called upon. This role is responsible for a specific geographic region within the Americas and is crucial in driving new partner marketing-sourced pipeline and enhancing measurable engagement with regional, national and MSP partners through various 'through', and 'with' partner marketing strategies.
The successful candidate will balance strategic planning and hands-on execution, aligning closely with the objectives of the partner sales team and the broader Americas sales and marketing organization. Their performance will be evaluated based on their ability to generate new pipeline opportunities and foster stronger partner relationships.
What you’ll do:
- Develop strategic marketing campaigns with key regional resellers and MSPs, aligning with sales team objectives in the Americas region
- Create and implement innovative regional marketing programs with regional resellers and MSPs that generate new pipeline and accelerate the conversion of existing pipeline for sales team in your region
- Develop and execute regional campaigns with National reseller partners as needed
- Collaborate closely with regional sales and marketing leaders to tailor and execute campaigns specific to that region, taking into consideration market dynamics and regional priorities
- Act as the regional marketing liaison with all external and internal stakeholders for all regional reseller and MSP marketing activity in your region, fostering strong relationships and maximizing partnership value
- Measure the success and provide regular updates to stakeholders of all joint marketing initiatives, including pipeline contribution, lead generation, and campaign ROI
- Work with partner marketing peers to orchestrate all activities in the region and include the extended partner ecosystem (Technology Alliances, GSIs) into campaigns wherever possible
- Maintain effective oversight and accountability of partner marketing development funds to ensure program effectiveness and return on investment through methodical tracking and measurement
We’re looking for someone with:
- An in-depth understanding of regional reseller and MSP marketing and hands-on expertise in demand generation and through-partner marketing execution
- Proven ability to develop marketing strategies and end-to-end programs that will fulfill strategic goals
- Enthusiastic and motivated self-starter with a proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong relationship skills with the ability to develop relationships at all levels of an organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to travel domestically and internationally when required ~20% travel
Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience building integrated marketing campaigns with regional resellers, MSPs and large national resellers
- Deep understanding of B2B sales, and customer life cycles
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience required

What you’ll get
The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $85,000 to $260,000. This range is an estimate for what Tanium will pay a new hire. The actual annual base salary offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, location, education, skills, training, and experience.
