Join our team as a Product Manager, Workday HR, where you will lead all aspects of the product management, digital support, and configuration sustainment of Workday HR modules. Modules include Talent, Recruiting, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation and Core HCM.

The Product Manager will be responsible for owning and maintaining the Product Strategy, Product Roadmap, Product Backlog, including definition of user stories and acceptance criteria and working directly with internal and external partners to optimally deliver value.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of HRIS systems across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the Workday roadmap in alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with leadership and module leads to implement a cohesive Workday strategic plan.
  • Work with internal partners to understand business problem statements, prioritize these needs based on business impact and convert them into initiatives
  • Assess Workday platform updates and guide the adoption of new features.
  • Ensure end-to-end process standardization across all Workday modules.
  • Implement and maintain data governance standard methodologies for accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
  • Coordinate platform-level change management, ensuring consistency and alignment across all modules.
  • Assess value on Workday investments, ensuring improvements and expansions deliver maximum value.
  • Collaborate with security teams to maintain compliance with corporate security policies.
  • Own the product team running Workday HR portfolio.
  • Cultivate cross-functional collaboration to ensure effective utilization of Workday.
  • Lead, prioritize, and quickly assess the business impact of defects, and promote built-in quality throughout the development process

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years in digital product management or related fields, with extensive HRIS experience.
  • Validated leadership in leading sophisticated HRIS technology initiatives across multiple partner groups.
  • Experience in business requirements capturing and best-practice HRIS configuration.
  • Experience operating at a senior level, communicating with executives and vendor partners.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions and lead teams toward strategic outcomes.
  • Strong decision-making skills balancing risk, speed, and long-term value.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fantastic verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Agile mentality, with experience in Agile frameworks for product management.
  • Workday HCM Pro certification, preferred.
  • Experience with local HRIS systems and their integration with global platforms, preferred.
  • Background in leading change initiatives, preferred.
