Pay Rate: $28.85/hour

Job Type: Hybrid (will work onsite at our Baltimore, MD HQ 3 days per week)

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTION(S):

  • Data Analysis and Reporting
    • Analyze HR data, including workforce demographics, turnover, hiring trends, performance metrics, and compensation data.
    • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to leadership and HR teams.
    • Conduct regular and ad-hoc analyses to support HR initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Data Integrity and Management
    • Ensure accuracy and consistency of HR data by conducting audits and identifying discrepancies.
    • Collaborate with HRIS Administrator and IT teams to maintain and improve data systems and reporting tools.
    • Support data migration and system upgrades as needed.
  • Insights and Recommendations
    • Identify trends and patterns in HR data and present findings to key stakeholders with actionable recommendations.
    • Provide insights to improve workforce planning, recruitment strategies, and overall organizational effectiveness.
    • Develop predictive models to forecast key HR metrics, such as attrition rates and hiring needs.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Partner with HR business partners and leadership to understand data needs and align analytics with strategic goals.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert on HR metrics and data interpretation.
    • Train and educate HR team members on using data and analytics tools.
  • Compliance and Confidentiality
    • Ensure all HR data analytics and reporting comply with data privacy laws and organizational policies.
    • Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive employee information.

REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 2+ years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (UKG/Ultipro experience would be helpful).
  • Demonstrated experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience working with large datasets and statistical analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey data-driven insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of HR functions, metrics, and best practices.

NOTES:                     

  • At the discretion of the Vice President of Human Resources, additional related experience and/or education may be substituted in lieu of the requirements specified above under Education and Experience.
