The ideal candidate is energized by the thought of developing new system stacks and tools for big data ingestion, processing, and analytics on a multi-petabyte infrastructure. This individual will work on team of talented engineers responsible for reporting on the delivery of our campaigns and handling technical integrations and data ingestion. They will develop products that help validate our media buys, ingest data into our platform, and generate datasets and reporting for our teams to analyze and monitor delivery and performance of our campaigns.

Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

A Project Manager is a business professional responsible for managing all
aspects of low to moderately complex projects. Responsible for successful
completion of assigned projects - on time and within budget, assuring the
solution aligns with/meets the business objective. Serve as a focal point for
communications between the members of project team and stakeholders.
Project Managers will learn and use the appropriate project methodology and
toolset for the projects assigned. They will actively learn and grow in the role
through mentorship, shadowing, and education in order to handle a higher
quantity of projects along with more complexity. The position is part of the
Engineering Program Management Organization.

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

•Independent management of 2-4 low to moderate complexity projects
concurrently 25%
•Working with Senior Project Mgrs and Directors to manage portions of
more complex projects/problems to aid in learning and development in the
role 25%
•Manages PMO applications and processes 25%
•Interacts with customers and stakeholders on a regular basis; builds
rapport and works to understand customer needs 15%
•Actively seeks ways to improve team performance, either by suggesting
new tools/processes or by assisting team members 10%
 

Qualifications

EDUCATION

•Bachelor's Degree (Required)
•In lieu of the above education requirements, a combination of experience
and education will be considered.

EXPERIENCE

•2+ years of Relevant Experience

CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSURES

•Recommended Certifications/Licensures: (Certified Project Management
Professional (PMP), Agile certification, Six-sigma)

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

•An ability to facilitate an effective meeting.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
•Ability to work in group and individual settings.
•Understanding of Agile Scrum principles.
•The desire to produce quality work.
•Receptive to learning and implementing new methodologies
•Previous project management experience (preferred)
•Possesses basic project financial acumen; able to track budgets and
targets
•Able to identify and escalate difficult situations within project teams with
courage and diplomacy
