Your Opportunity

The position is suited for highly motivated and energetic individuals with a desire to work on the development of products. You will primarily work on developing new products/product features in Informatica Cloud Customer 360, a multitenant software-as-a-service (SaaS) master data management application, natively built and deployed on the Force.com platform.

Your Responsibilities

• Actively contribute in development of components or features performing duties as an individual contributor or a team member with 100% hands-on work
• Participate actively in designing new features to deliver compelling product capabilities.
• Produce work estimates as requested; refine estimate skills over time to ensure accurate forecasting for software product delivery dates.
• Utilize analytical skills in determining the root cause of problems, and demonstrate ability to multi-task and re-prioritize responsibilities based on changing requirements (such as urgent customer problems).
• Work in small dynamic geographically dispersed team of highly motivated and energetic professionals.
• Work with product managers, quality assurance engineers and user experience designers to build the best products for our users
• Own and support existing product features and interface with customer facing teams to provide sustenance engineering support.
• Mentor junior members in the team
• Independently investigate new technology for its applicability to improve the Cloud Customer 360 product and/or internal development processes.

Your Qualifications

• Strong academic background - B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or related field
• Solid understanding of Object Oriented concepts
• Strong data structures and problem solving skills.
• 5+ years Force.com development experience, with a strong focus on Apex, Visualforce development, SOQL, and Trigger development
• Strong Knowledge of Apex Design Patterns & Force.com platform capabilities.
• Knowledge of or experience with one or more of PaaS environments - AWS Elastic Beanstalk, Cloud Foundry, Heroku, Mendix, OpenShift, Google App Engine, Windows Azure Cloud Services or similar
• MDM/ETL knowledge - a plus
• Experience working with database – a plus
• Experirnce in microservices – a plus
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting/debugging skills
• Great team player with an excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly effective communication skills
• Willingness and ability to work on a fast paced projects
• Experience using light-weight and/or agile methods
