Position Summary

Set up and safely operate mesh belt and draw pit furnaces while maintaining quality standards to meet customers requirements. 

Responsibilities

• Maintains proper levels of machine efficiency.
• Monitor and operate furnaces at appropriate temperatures for the loads and parts running. 
• Complete all required paperwork for quality and tracking.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area. 

Qualifications, Skills & Abilities

• HSD/GED or equivalent experience
• Computer data entry skills
• Basic math and mechanical ability
• Ability to obtain a forklift license
• Prior experience operating production heat treat equipment a plus
• Ability to work weekends as scheduled
