Qualifications

- Proven experience in data quality control, data management, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of data quality best practices, data profiling, and data cleansing techniques.
- Proficiency in data quality tools and software (e.g., data profiling tools, data quality management platforms).
- Exceptional data analysis skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices.
- Experience with data validation, data cleaning, and data enrichment processes.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving data quality issues.
- Knowledge of relevant data quality standards and regulations.

Trinity’s salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $130,000 - $150,000. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
