Compass is hiring for our summer psychosocial group programs.  If you are compassionate about children and want to assist in providing them skills in a group setting to live their best life, we would love to have you join our team for the summer.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid drivers license
• Experience working with children is preferred and possess demonstrated interpersonal skills to work with children with severe emotional disturbance and reactive effectively in a variety of human service situations. 
• Provides group activities consistent with requirements set by the state and Compass Behavioral Health and as directed by supervisor
• Provides Psychosocial Group as directed by the child’s plan as assigned by Supervisor.
• Assist in planning and implementing group's activities as assigned by Supervisor
• Provides Attendant Care when assigned by Supervisor. 
• Complete documentation daily consistent with state requirements as assigned by Supervisor.
