RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in the budget process to assure adequate appropriation of funds and monitor actual expenses and capital appropriation requests for adherence to budget.
- Coordinate the preparation, review, and consolidation of Information Systems budgets and business plans.
- Responsible for centralized purchasing management and administration.
- Work closely with multiple department leaders to understand business needs.
- Participate in IT department monthly financial allocation and closing processes.
- Seek to achieve the highest value service from vendors and evaluates vendor performance according to established performance metrics.
- Liaison for IT teams for various IT renewals related to business systems, licensing, and hardware.
- Participate in internal and external audits including vendor license compliance audits.
- Support Service Management Framework processes and organizational governance policies
- Demonstrate strong commitment to safety, quality, environmental awareness, and continuous process improvement.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Basic:
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Microsoft Power Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills with customer focus
- Ability to manage own time effectively in fast paced environment
Schedule:
- This position has a hybrid schedule with 2-3 days, per week, required in office and remaining available for working from home.
Preferred:
- 4-year college degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Communications and/or equivalent work experience in field.
- Understand of basic project management concepts
