Schedule: Full time (Available to work on weekends)
Job Overview
Aiding and support to the Building Engineer in all areas of maintenance for the building and grounds.
Performing routine building maintenance as directed (painting, floor care, pressure washing, basic plumbing repairs, etc.)
Completing maintenance tasks and work orders in resident apartments
Assisting with in-house resident moves
Has a valid driver's license and willing to drive a transport van for patients to appointments if needed.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1-year commercial facility maintenance experience (preferred)
Customer service-oriented approach while interacting with residents and guests
1-2 yrs hotel, hospital, multi-family housing or assisted living community maintenance experience is (preferred)
