Job Summary:

As Digital Twin IN Leader, you will work on the development and implementation of local strategies aimed to maximize value creation through the adoption of digital twin technologies among the R&D community, to support product development & sustain, testing, and optimization . You will oversee a team of experts in different domains, ensuring their actions are aligned with business goals, customer needs and innovation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and interact with other leaders in Digital Twin to define the strategy, roadmap and action plan for the team.
  • Manage and mentor a team of experts in different domains (modeling & simulation, diagnostics, etc), fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Connect with business' leaders to engage the team on technical activities to support product design, analysis, and validation.
  • Collaborate with other cross-functional teams in I&T to standardize methodologies and to help enhancing engineering practice  ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee the activities of the team to ensure impact creation across our main stakeholders: R&D squads in Energy Management, Schneider Digital, etc.
  • Stay current with advancements in digital twin technologies, integrating new tools and techniques into the organization.
  • Establish best practices for modeling, simulation, and data management within the organization.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and technical challenges.
  • Forecast resource needs, makes hiring decisions and sustain our talent.
  • Understand the need of the team, develop a budget plan and keep financial discipline.
  • Build and sustain business relationships with our tools vendors to maximize our value proposition to business.
  • Work with I&T Partnerships and Ecosystem team to build meaningful techno intelligence watches, benchmark competitors and foster external collaboration.

Qualifications

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a technical leadership role, with a strong background in digital twin technologies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information at different level of the organization.
