1st shift 8:30am - 4:30pm

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for scanning loading and manipulating graphic images in multiple manufacturing systems as needed for the production of orders. Prioritizes
incoming workload and facilitates communication regarding the flow of orders


KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Utilize graphic applications including Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to prepare production art. Tasks include: Retrieve and manage electronic images
received through various box locations Scan adjust or recreate customer-supplied illustrations for the use in check/form layout design Uploads and
performs back-up maintenance on electronic images in Graphic Maintenance Manage incoming / outgoing calls with customers to clarify product
specifications and discuss appropriate artwork preparation and submission Create single and occasionally multi-color .pdf proofs 50%
Manage order reports to download prepare and release incoming logo orders. Update order records in graphic maintenance Epic Siebel and NMAN
systems. 25%
Provide back-up support to other areas of graphics as appropriate. 10%
Participate in problem solving on any data changes or revisions that cause production or quality issues in the order fulfillment process. 10%
Provides input for process improvement. Participates on teams for specified projects and in local work groups. 5%


EDUCATION
High School/Equivalency


EXPERIENCE
1-2 years of previous Composition/PhotoShop/Illustrator experience preferred
Able to balance the needs of the business the customer and the employees strong Leadership skills able to manage both salaried and hourly
Exceptional verbal written and presentation skills required conflict resolution and employee relations skills


COMMUNICATION AND CONTACTS
Frequently interacts with people in work unit including; order fulfillment and call center


DECISION MAKING
Follows best practices to ensure quality of work works under the supervision of the Department Manager
