Financial Systems Functional Support Analyst
MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Management, Finance/Accounting, Computer Science or related discipline/equivalent work experience
- 2 - 4 years of work related experience
- Systems production support and testing experience
- Interpersonal communication skills are required in order to interface with all affected teams, personnel, and vendors
- Ability to think critically, solve problems independently and exercise excellent judgment and common sense
- An organized and detail-oriented self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work self-sufficiently given direction and resources
- Well-grounded, preferring to work in a collegial and team environment
- Intermediate computer skills (Proficiency in MS Office Suite to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Able to multitask between production support, enhancements, testing and special projects
- Functional experience with ERP systems (preferably Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud), SQL and related products
- Solid accounting and business acumen with a strong understanding of financial business processes
- Understanding of audit and regulatory requirements and the ability to track and provide support
- Required to carry a cell phone and be available outside of normal work hours, when necessary
- Regular and reliable attendance is required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Background in working on Financials modules of an ERP like Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud
