Job Description

As a Multimedia Design Intern, you will play an integral role assisting the Marketing team in supporting marketing campaign initiatives, organizational goals and day-to-day tasks.

Upon completion of the role, you’ll have experience/knowledge of multimedia design disciplines, brand development, brand management and more!

SKILLS:

Familiarity in Adobe Creative Cloud, general computer skills, and design skills are required as well as some administrative experience. The ideal candidate is pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or Marketing.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with creative/art layout and resizes
  • Assist with photography, videography, photo/video editing, and resizes
  • Assist with PowerPoint graphics and template creation
  • Assist with member communications signage
  • Assists with procedure documentation and development

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • General writing skills
  • Strong experience in using Microsoft Office products
  • Basic graphic design, layout, and video editing skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills​​​​​​​

SCHEDULE:

Interns may work full or part-time during the summer months May-August.  The daily schedule is flexible based on the candidate’s availability. Minimum of twenty hours per week up to thirty.

This is a great opportunity for a junior or senior level student to learn the workings of an all-encompassing Marketing Department.

PROGRAM DETAILS:

  • Students can work full-time OR part-time (based on department need)
  • Summer Internship is only for 90 days
  • Students are paid $17.00/hour
