Your Opportunity


As Senior Portfolio Representative you will be responsible for supporting our clients’s successful engagement around Informatica Cloud technologies through our partner/channel network using proven methodologies for their success.   You will serve as the advocate of the Partner and Direct sales network to represent their needs with the internal teams at Informatica including Partner Support, Professional Services, Product Development, and Sales and Partner Success. This individual will have both business acumen as well as technical savvy to understand a client’s business drivers and recommend a solution through our technology.    This role is based in Mumbai.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities through the cloud pipeline to make sure that the Customer and Partner are geared for success.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new select Informatica Clients.
  • Work with partner teams to build and enhance their Informatica skillsets.
  • Assist Partner with identifying and defining use cases for Informatica Cloud.  
  • Manage Partner through initial launch of use cases on Informatica Cloud platform.
  • Serve as the Escalation point and manage the process to effectively address Client satisfaction and escalation of issues until resolved. This will include coordinating internal resources that interact with each Client.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with Partner and develop them into reference Clients.
  • Ensure high Partner satisfaction by surveying Partners and making adjustments to increase Client satisfaction based on their feedback.
  • Develop and execute Partner success plans, and tracking and reporting on key metrics for Partner engagement and success.
  • Document the findings from Partner interactions and communicating them to various teams inside Informatica. Align the Informatica Product roll out and Partner’s adoption on product features Manage the process to effectively address Partner satisfaction and escalation of issues until resolved. This will include coordinating internal resources that interact with each Partner.
  • Partner Engagement Analytics : Take a proactive approach by developing and monitoring systems to identify Clients who may be at risk of becoming less than completely satisfied.
  • Identify upsell and grow opportunities and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.

Your Qualifications:

  • BE/MCA degree (or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • Ability to learn fast, shift directions even faster and work collaboratively on a highly effective team.
  • Minimum 8-10 years relevant channel sales  experience in the field of sales, partner and channel, leveraging internal business functions including professional services and consulting.
  • Expertise and experience dealing with large accounts at the most senior IT and business levels 
  • Executive-level communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively navigate and mediate conflict and foster honest dialog.
  • Software experience, preferably SAAS software.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Strong knowledge of business processes (Sales, Marketing, Service, Support), business applications and automation.
  • Proven ability to close partner deals in previous roles
