Job Title: Supervisor – Quality

 

Job Description:

Supervise, direct, train and lead the quality team. Implement and maintain systems put in place by the Quality Manager. Oversee containment and release of products and or vehicles. Ensure Morgan Olson quality standards are maintained throughout the origination and end of product. Authorize release of vehicles to our customers.

Essential Functions and Activities:

  • Supervise and direct Morgan Olson inspection.
  • Supervise and direct the Quality Lab activities.
  • Maintain PPAP system.
  • Rejection tag system.
  • Maintain and update defect data base.
  • Input data and review data.
  • Direct containment activity.
  • Perform internal ISO audit and run review of distribution of defective data.
  • Oversee and Maintain APQP system which include control plans.
  • Oversee and Maintain Calibration system.
  • Manage DPU calculations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Two years’ college or trade school degree or high school diploma with 3-5 years’ work experience
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
  • Good Written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
