Qualifications:
- A Ph.D. in Materials Science Organic or Polymer Science is required.
- Experience with Organic Synthesis or Polymer Synthesis required.
- Working experience in any of these areas - coatings, sealants, adhesives, composites or elastomers – is preferred.
- Demonstrates the ability to lead teams to tackle technical problems and takes ownership for communication with the team and management.
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident required.
