Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Supply Chain Project Leader (TLX location)
What do you get to do in this position?
- Serve as the main contact across stakeholders mainly plant, project management & procurement.
- Functional lead Project Leader to coordinate project/procurement activities related to Productivity projects by ensuring the correct deployment of the general project/procurement processes in the plant.
- Propose cost reduction projects/ ideas (Quality value add & Change of supplier) within his/her perimeter in consistency with the Purchasing strategy goals.
- Contribute to the correct financial analytics maintenance via the regular and constant update of financial tools.
- Support the procurement strategy for supplier consultation & selection.
- Support and/or lead all the activities related the supply qualification system in plant according with the responsibility matrix defined.
Main activities - Sourcing/Procurement:
- · iSAVE management/maintenance
- · Coordination of 3F's, Build Up and Samples across Project management needs
- · SAP ERP update 'Workflows/One Shuttle: * Update SL, Leadtime's, MoQ, New Part Creation.
- · SAP ERP update 'Workflows/One Shuttle: * Update PIR and Vendor change.
- · PO Placement
- · Optimization on logistics/packaging according to plant/project needs
Project management:
- · Coordinate activities related to project needs & procurement activities.
- · Oversee risk analysis to align procurement with project targets.
- · Drive prioritization activities considering plant/project needs.
- · Resolve supplier/plants/cross functional groups conflicts.
- · Manage supply qualifications.
- · Collect productivity improvement ideas from the support functions.
- · Productivity Gemba Walks

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- · A bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering and/or Supply Chain or a related field.
- · 3-5 years of experience in Purchasing or Project Management.
- · Advanced English proficiency to thrive in our global environment.
- · Familiarity with SAP, along with knowledge of engineering/manufacturing processes.
- · Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including supplier management, cost analysis, and inventory management.
- · Experience with commodities like stampings, sheet metal fabrication, plastics, or electronics.
- · Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
- · Other Skills: Multicultural experience, teamwork, and digital acumen are highly valued. Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and database management.
