We are seeking a full-time Entry Level BioCAD Engineer to review patient-specific medical imaging data in our cutting-edge healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will perform medical image processing for pre-surgical planning and help create specialized tools derived from medical imaging technologies. This role has an onsite work schedule requiring the person to be in the onsite 5 days a week.

What You Will Do
- View and analyze patient CT and MRI studies in DICOM format
- Identify anatomies of interest within medical imaging data
- Use CAD software to manipulate 3D files for surgical planning applications
- Combine multiple datasets to create comprehensive surgical planning models
- Process medical images to generate accurate patient-specific anatomical representations
- Collaborate and communicate with a multidisciplinary team including engineers, clinicians, and production staff
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain detailed records of each case following our Quality Management System protocols
- Assist in quality control processes for patient-specific models and surgical guides
- Support the development of innovative solutions for complex surgical cases
What You Will Bring
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Design; or equivalent skills and work experience
- Beginner-level or introductory experience relevant to the role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel
- Professional communication skills
- General knowledge of human anatomy
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organization and prioritization skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong background in CAD and 3D applications
- Familiarity with medical imaging modalities
- Experience with medical image processing software (Mimics, OsiriX, Amira, 3D-Doctor)
- Experience with rapid-prototyping technologies like SLA, SLS, EBM, MJP or CJP
- Exposure to medical devices and regulation (FDA, ISO 13485, etc.)
