Key Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Load/unload order and document incoming and outgoing transactions in accordance with established procedures
  • Receive incoming raw material and put in defined storage areas
  • Retrieve necessary information via production planner, pull orders/components and deliver to appropriate areas. Notify production planner of any material shortage
  • Review incoming routers, route orders needing inspections, and retrieve orders from inspection and confirm quantity of part before placing order into inventory
  • Working with Customer Service to process inventory transactions for returned orders to stock.
  • Cross-train in other areas as needed
  • Perform forklift audit and preventative maintenance, as needed
  • Troubleshoot and find solutions as problems arise with delivery slips
  • Respond and provide appropriate documentation to support invoicing process and/or returning of material
  • Process and input paperwork to accurately document receipt of incoming parts
  • Provide training and guidance to co-workers, as needed
  • Follow all procedures and processes in accordance to assembly of part/unit to build a defect-free product. Complete required in-process inspection, repair any defects found and document critical quality information as necessary
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement of our products and processes to better serve our customers and improve the overall profitability of Jetstream
  • Maintain a neat and orderly work area complying with all 5S initiatives and advise Production Supervisor of any maintenance problems that may need to be resolved
  • Follow and comply with all safety and personal protective equipment requirements
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass Internal Forklift Certification
  • Minimum of 2-years Material Handling experience in Manufacturing Environment
  • Previous forklift driving experience
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience working in JD Edwards preferred

 

Pay Transparency

Anticipated wage: $21.00 - $22.50/hour
