2. Responsible for the design, implementation and administration of a talent management system that includes multiple modules such as competencies and learning management system. 3. Lead the coordination and facilitation of global high value high potential assessment and feedback sessions focused on building leadership and organizational capability by leveraging the 9-box matrix. 4. Responsible for the logistics and facilitation of all leadership trainings globally by providing a broad range of learning solutions including digital/e-learning, virtual and instructor-led environments. 5. Colloborate with technical development team to create and implement organizational competency model. 6. Responsible for Newpark’s Executive leadership development coaching programs. 7. Partner with Human Resources professionals and serve as a subject matter expert regarding areas of learning, development, training and leadership coaching. 8. Manage or assist in special projects as assigned by the Vice President of Human Resources and or Senior Leadership.
Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelors Degree or educational equivalent. 8 years in a training environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Extensive knowledge in non-technical training program design and implementation. Strong organizational skills.
Position Summary
Analyzes and determines training needs and formulates and develops training plans. Administers plans and procedures to meet training needs. Manages the development of non-technical training in areas such as self directed team training, total quality management training, and various soft skill training. Has supervisory responsibility. Has budgetary responsibility. Handles special projects, as assigned.
