What You’ll Get to Do
The Analytics Manager is focused on bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, providing creative, data-driven visualization and insights to support strategic decision-making. This role reports to the Director of Analytics.
This role is perfect for an individual who is analytical, collaborative, and innovative. A vital member of the Analytics Team, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.
Job responsibilities include:
- Dashboard Design: Create and implement analytics dashboards and visualizations using Power BI.
- Master Data Oversight: Design and manage processes for master data collection, cleansing, and deduplication.
- Cross-Functional Partnerships: Collaborate with teams in Sales, Production, Operations, and Supply Chain to gather requirements and develop analytical solutions.
- Power BI Expertise: Develop advanced skills in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- KPI Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose innovative methods to proactively identify failures.
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence in the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency with Power BI and strong command of SQL for querying and data manipulation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
