Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience and technical training.
- 6+ years of direct experience in software testing including Quality Assurance Standards, QA methods, and QA documentation.
- Expertise in all aspects of software testing including Quality Assurance Standards, QA methods, and QA documentation
- Proven ability to observe broader process issues and recommend improvements.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile development concepts.
- Aptitude to learn and understand changes in the software development process, procedures and methodologies
- Extensive analytical abilities and technical and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively participate in teams
- Must be results-oriented and self-motivated
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in audience appropriate terms
- Exceptional presentation and client relation skills
- Ability to work without close supervision, keeping focused on short and long-term objectives
Preferred Qualifications:
- Any of the following certifications. Certificated Software Quality Manager (CSQM) Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) International Software Testing Qualifications Board. (ISTQB)
