Marketing & Communications Manager Job Summary:

The Marketing & Communications Manager is responsible for developing and implementing intentional marketing & communication plans to further BridgePoint Healthcare’s mission, vision, and operational goals. Responsible for writing, developing, disseminating, and editing a variety of types of content and activities associated with strategic marketing. Will lead as the point person to drive success for both internal and external communications and marketing strategies.  Partners with leadership to align our brand & company voice and develop content that extends our reach and creates awareness around who we are and what we do.  This role will track and measure the effectiveness of marketing and communication strategies to ensure maximum ROI on resources and tools we utilize. Some examples of work will include: press releases, digital campaigns, printed materials, recruitment marketing, business development marketing, website design & management, newsletter production & management, internal & external communications, partnering with vendors on marketing materials, managing marketing campaigns, social media, photography, audio, video and other forms of marketing/communications as directed.

Education:

• Degree Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism or Communications preferred

Licenses/Certification:

• N/A

Experience:

• 3 years experience in Marketing & Communications. 
• At least 3 years experience developing marketing and communications strategy. 
• Experience with managing, tracking and analyzing effectiveness of marketing and communications campaigns.
• Healthcare experience preferred.   

Location: This position will be a full-time onsite role in Alexandria, VA
