 Office Assistant
Location: Millenium Place - Muncie, Indiana

 

Primary Responsibilities
 

  • Answer telephones, and transfer calls to appropriate individuals.

  • Works with lease renewals each month.

  • Updates required reports concerning move-out notices, activity, etc., on a daily basis and provide information to the Property Manager.

  • Greets prospective clients, shows community, and performs leasing duties as needed.

  • Answers and handles incoming telephone calls from prospective new residents, current residents, vendor/suppliers, etc.

  • Maintains market survey and contributes ideas to the Property Manager for marketing community and improving resident satisfaction.

  • Communicate with customers, employees, and other team members to answer questions, explain information, etc.

  • Compile, copy, sort, file and mail office documents.

  • Prepare outgoing mail and overnights.

  • Upkeep of community website and all other internet listing services.

  • Assist and coordinate with resident events.

 

Qualifications & Experience
 

  • 2+ years of experience providing administrative support or an equivalent blend of experience.

  • 2+ years of marketing and/or event coordination.

  • Additional education in office administration, business, or a related field can be a plus.

  • Experience in  Multifamily Housing, Property Management, or Real Estate is an advantage.
