Office Assistant
Location: Millenium Place - Muncie, Indiana
Primary Responsibilities

Answer telephones, and transfer calls to appropriate individuals.

Works with lease renewals each month.

Updates required reports concerning move-out notices, activity, etc., on a daily basis and provide information to the Property Manager.

Greets prospective clients, shows community, and performs leasing duties as needed.

Answers and handles incoming telephone calls from prospective new residents, current residents, vendor/suppliers, etc.

Maintains market survey and contributes ideas to the Property Manager for marketing community and improving resident satisfaction.

Communicate with customers, employees, and other team members to answer questions, explain information, etc.

Compile, copy, sort, file and mail office documents.

Prepare outgoing mail and overnights.

Upkeep of community website and all other internet listing services.

Assist and coordinate with resident events.
Qualifications & Experience
-
2+ years of experience providing administrative support or an equivalent blend of experience.

2+ years of marketing and/or event coordination.
-
Additional education in office administration, business, or a related field can be a plus.
-
Experience in Multifamily Housing, Property Management, or Real Estate is an advantage.
