POSITION SUMMARY:

Alignment Health is seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist to join its marketing team. Reporting to the Director, Brand and Web Marketing, the Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in developing, leading, and executing the company’s overall digital marketing strategy for Alignment Health and its affiliated brands. The incumbent will be responsible for implementing, executing, overseeing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to maximize brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) through paid and owned digital media channels.

The Digital Marketing Specialist is someone who can work to translate business goals into successful digital marketing campaigns and ensure a precise and seamless execution of paid and owned media strategies. The Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with Alignment Health’s brand, business development, compliance, member services, product, sales and IT teams. Proven work experience in digital marketing is a must. Health care experience is strongly preferred.

GENERAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):

  • In partnership with the Director of Brand and Web Marketing, assist with developing and leading the company’s paid and owned digital media strategy.
  • Lead the execution of digital media strategy across paid and owned channels, including but not limited to: PPC, SEO/SEM, social (Facebook, YouTube and other recommended social channels), website and email marketing.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and designers to plan, strategize and create digital assets to support integrated marketing campaigns, such as web content, digital ads and landing pages.
  • Ensure digital marketing assets and campaigns meet minimum regulatory requirements including standards set by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and other agencies.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop and implement digital lead nurturing campaigns, including but not limited to drip email/SMS campaigns.
  • Assist with building out the necessary marketing technology (MarTech) stack to support digital marketing initiatives.Define, analyze, optimize and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) from digital marketing efforts, including but not limited cost-per-lead (CPL), cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and overall return on advertising spend (ROAS).
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Plan, execute and measure digital marketing experiments and conversion tests (e.g., A/B testing)
  • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end digital user experience across multiple channels and user touch points.
  • Identify critical conversion points and drop off points and optimize user funnels accordingly.
  • Advise and manage paid digital marketing budgetary goals.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • No direct supervision of staff. May oversee third-party vendors and/or student workers as appropriate.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-5 years of experience in developing, leading, and executing digital marketing strategies, in-house or in an agency setting.
  • Advanced proficiency and experience with digital marketing platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with digital marketing metrics, analytics and data visualization to gauge performance (e.g., Google Data Studio, Power BI and/or Tableau).
  • Strong knowledge and experience with digital marketing best practices, including but not limited digital user journey mapping and SEO/SEM.
  • Experience with managing content management systems (e.g., Kentico, WordPress and/or Optimizely) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Proven record of successful budget management and management of advertising channels to meet target KPIs.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solver with strong analytical skills.
  • Experience in agency relationships and management.
  • Highly creative yet process-driven and relies on data to make decisions.
  • Understanding of web compliance and accessibility standards, including knowledge of the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Web Compliance Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe XD, Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Strong project management skills and experience working in a deadline driven work environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hard-working, motivated, deadline-driven individual.
