ICS Cybersecurity Specialist

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in M.I.S., Computer Science, Information Security or related degrees, or related years of experience
• Minimum 5 years of work-related experience
• Minimum 5 years of ICS/OT experience
• In-depth experience with Patching, Vulnerability Management, PLC, and support application versioning is a must
• Understanding and familiarity with NIST Cybersecurity Framework and the PERA model
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with great attention to detail
• Broad knowledge of information security technologies, principles, and frameworks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Interpersonal communication skills are required to interface with all affected teams, personnel, senior management, and vendors
• An organized and detail-oriented self-starter with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work self-sufficiently given direction and resources
• Well-grounded, preferring to work in a collegial and team environment
• Ability to think critically, solve problems independently and exercise excellent judgment and common sense
• Advanced computing skillsets – proficient with multiple computing operating systems and programming languages
• Ability to be on rotating 24x7 on-call rotation
• Regular and reliable attendance.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Cybersecurity certifications, such as GIAC, CISSP, OSCP
